ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

1.       Students, applying for admission are, as a rule subjected to a competitive entrance test.

2.      A new student joining from other school should be from a recognized school and he/she cannot be admitted unless until his/her transfer certificate is produced more over, those coming from other than CBSE schools must produce a leaving certificate countersigned by the Education Officer of the district in which school is situated.

3.      Parent must be given to understand that they cannot dictate to the School Authorities, that the School Authorities have the right to state on which condition they will admit or retain pupils in their school.

4.     New pupils are admitted on payment of the admission fee and a term fee in advance. This amount is not refunded for any reason whatsoever.

5.       The date of birth once entered in the admission register of the school will not be changed, as it is against the law.

6.      The very condition of admission will be that the parents/guardian will comply strictly with the terms and conditions given in the school hand book and the fees and other charges laid down. Any future changes regarding Rules and fees will also be binding on them.

7.       Parents and guardians are warned that admission will be strictly on the merits of the candidates. Any effort of presenting a donation to the school seeking admission through some recommendation will debar a pupil from getting admission.

8.       No leaving certificate is issued until all sums due to the school are paid. The application form for the leaving certificate is printed in the School Handbook. Bonafide/Leaving Certificate will be issued five (working) days after receiving the application form for the
same.

9.       T.C. and other Certificates can be applied for and collected up to ten days after the Summer Vacation begins. Late applications will be considered only when the school re-opens after Summer Vacation.
